2013 Goals
- Beginning of the new school year and award ceremony for the “best students” of each course (achieved).
- Establishment of a new cooperation with the International School of Florence, that will enable one of its English mother-tongue studentsto come and volunteer as necessary for his course of study. A direct and innovative experience for our children, that will give them the chance to speak with a mother tongue student that will benefit from gaining a new awareness (achieved).
- Finding a solution for making our work “official” in Sri Lanka (achieved)
- Depositing in Sri Lanka the name of the “Associazione Fabio Jonathan Onlus” (achieved)
- Established and registered a Guarantee Company with the same memorandum of association as the Italian ONLUS. (achieved February 1st, 2013)
- Transferring the previously purchased land to the Guarantee Company (achieved)
- Commissioning the Design Project of the school to be built (achieved)
- Applying for the Project Approval (achieved)
- Opening a banking account under the name of the Guarantee Company (achieved)
- Set up a permanent wire transfer order to pay the teachers (achieved)
- Regularizing the employment of the teachers (achieved)
- Finding a new teacher (achieved)
- Having some estimates for the construction of the school building (achieved)
- Extend the lease contract of the premises where we are currently having class (achieved)
